The Web3 + AI Daily #19
On the agenda: automating memecoins generation, AI-driven threat modeling, and the 2025 agentic finance landscape.
Hello, everyone!
This is The Web3 + AI Daily, your definitive guide into the world of Decentralized AI (DeAI)! Today's edition brings major news on AI agents, open-source AI models, partnerships, research, funding rounds, and events.
Thank you for being here! Let’s dive in.
What’s Hot in Web3 + AI?
Clanker Generates $34M in Fees by Launching 355K Memecoins
Clanker, a fully automated memecoin launchpad, enabling anyone to create tokens easily, has generated over $34M in swap fees for its users. Built on Base Chain, Clanker empowered token creators to deploy over 355,000 memecoins with minimal effort. All trades of these tokens incur a 1% swap fee, which resulted in Clanker harvesting approximately $34.4 million in fees.
With hundreds of thousands of tokens deployed and tens of millions in swap fees generated, it’s become a standout example of how AI is accelerating decentralized finance and blockchain participation.

Intelligent Internet’s II-Search-4B Outperforms Models 10x Its Size
Intelligent Internet has released II-Search-4B and II-Search-CIR-4B, two compact (4B parameter) open-source language models designed for complex research and information-seeking tasks.
Both models are optimized through SFT and RL methods, leveraging high-quality teacher traces (e.g., Qwen3-235B, DeepSeek-R1) and custom system prompts to maintain coherent reasoning. Benchmarking shows the models outperform or match much larger models like Qwen3-30B in information-seeking tasks, despite their smaller size.
These models showcase how smaller, open-source LLMs can close performance gaps with larger systems through specialized training and integrated tool use.
Dria Tests Open Evolutionary Agents
Dria, the universal execution layer for AI, has conducted research into open evolutionary agents to test how they improve algorithm performance through iteration, tuning, and model selection. The system discovers diverse, optimized solutions and shows promise for building agents capable of open-ended, continual improvement.
Hacken and QANplatform Present AI-Driven Threat Modeling Tool
Hacken, Blockchain Security & Compliance and QANplatform have launched an AI-powered, open-source threat modeling tool designed to improve blockchain security. The tool helps define audit scopes, simulate attacks, and automatically generate and run test cases. It was successfully used to audit QANplatform’s QAN Virtual Machine, uncovering over 20 potential issues with more than 2,800 test cases. Compatible with various large language models and runnable locally, it accelerates audit speed and depth, serving as a powerful complement to traditional manual reviews.

Billions Raises $30M to Enhance Identity Verification in the Age of AI
The Human and AI-centered Billions Network raised $30M from Polygon Labs, Polychain Capital, Coinbase Ventures, and more. Billions proves who’s real, for humans and AI, on any device, without exposing private data.
Because without verifiable identity, every AI interaction is a risk.
ARO Network Bags $2.1M to Turn Idle Bandwidth into AI Infra
ARO Network, a decentralized edge cloud platform turning idle bandwidth into real-time infrastructure for AI and content delivery, raised $2.1M from Dispersion Capital and No Limit Holdings. ARO builds on proven tech with over 1.5M nodes and $140M in revenue, aiming to serve latency-sensitive regions like Southeast Asia. It aligns with the rise of DePIN and edge AI, and plans to grow via its PreviewNet, contributor programs, and integrations with major Web3 ecosystems.
Web3 + AI Readings & Conversations
Agentic Finance Landscape 2025
Sam Green, founder of Cambrian Network, along with collaborators from Solana Labs, Coinbase, Virtuals Protocol, The Graph, and Google Cloud, presented a map of the Agentic Finance Landscape in 2025.
The 2025 agentic finance landscape sees AI evolving from automation to autonomous, goal-driven agents. These systems handle tasks like trading, forecasting, compliance, and audits with minimal human input. While adoption is growing fast, challenges remain around data quality, trust, and governance.
